We provide compassionate care for children from 11 years old to young adults. Preventive care includes routine child visits, annual exams, vaccinations, and sports physicals. Active treatment and counseling for acne, acute illnesses, weight management, and std screening and treatment.

I offer a full range of women's health services, from routine exams, breast exams, pap smears, contraception counseling, and menopause management.

In addition to annual exams, I treat erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, hypogonadism, testosterone replacement therapy TRT, and hair loss. 

Through my previous experience in Yucaipa, CA, I managed the health of many seniors. I bring a unique perspective when it comes to age-related needs. I complete annual wellness exams and screen for age-related conditions like dementia. I treat chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, osteoporosis, and thyroid disease. 

Chronic conditions can be a burden for patients and their families. This burden might be mental for some, financial for others, or dietary for others when asked to follow a specific diet plan. I come in to alleviate some of these burdens by explaining your condition, how to control it, how to prevent adverse outcomes, and what to look for day-to-day. Chronic diseases include heart disease, asthma and COPD, allergies, diabetes, obesity, gout, arthritis, and thyroid disease.

A healthy lifestyle is quite often recommended but not fully explained. Obesity and inactivity are leading causes of many of the diseases we will face in the future. I am focused on supporting those who show interest in a healthier lifestyle. There are many ways to manage weight, choosing the best approach that matches exercise.

The era we live in exposes all of us to many stressors, and many coping mechanisms may negatively impact the body. My perspective about treating the body and the mind led me to expand my approach to treating anxiety and depression to think beyond medication management. Therapy helps patients understand their feelings and symptoms, and it helps many patients cope better with life stressors. Importantly, the combination of medication and therapy, when indicated, holds the promise of leading to significantly better outcomes, offering a ray of hope for those struggling.
